Reading Practice
Our Story
Here’s what we see.
Most kids start school excited about books. They borrow. They read. They’re curious. But by Year 3/4, something changes. Interest drops off. Reading becomes a task. There are "better" things to do. By high school, many students have stopped reading altogether.
Reading has a reputation problem.
Reading Practice is here to change that.
We work with young people to rebuild their relationship with reading, not through levels or pressure, but through the right story at the right time for the right individual.
Because reading for pleasure isn’t just a bonus. Reading improves focus, empathy, critical thinking, academic outcomes and mental health. Reading helps shape confident, thoughtful humans.
